Why did my account get banned?

Suspected Botting or Automation: Our system detected automated scripts, scraping tools, or unnatural bot like behavior interacting with the game.
System Abuse: Excessive usage patterns that attempt to bypass our standard session turn limits or overload our AI models.
Terms of Service Violations: Behavior that violates our community guidelines or platform usage rules.

Our security parameters are carefully fine tuned so that regular players enjoying their daily story sessions are not impacted.

How to Appeal a Ban

If you believe your account was flagged or restricted by mistake, we want to fix it. Please reach out to our support team so we can manually review your account activity:

What to include: Please provide your account username/email, the approximate date and time you noticed the restriction, and any relevant details about how you were interacting with the game.

Once received, our team will audit the system flags and get back to you as soon as possible to help resolve the issue.
