Use this link to change or cancel your membership.

Alternatively, if you are already logged in to Questsmith, click or tap on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen, then select the membership level (Champion, Legend, Mythic) under your username, or choose Settings -> Membership. From there, you can change or manage (cancel) your existing plan.
