AI Interactions & Privacy

QuestSmith is an AI-driven experience inspired by interactive storytelling. When you interact with our AI models:

Story Content: We collect the prompts you enter and the stories generated by the AI to provide the service and improve story continuity.
Anonymization: We strive to anonymize interaction data used for quality assurance and AI model optimization.
User Responsibility: Please do not share highly sensitive personal information within your AI interactions.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to facilitate our operations:

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to process and manage your subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat collects transactional information necessary to validate your subscription status and provide access to premium features.
Attribution & Marketing Analytics (Airbridge): We use Airbridge, a mobile attribution and analytics service operated by AB180, Inc. (South Korea), to understand how users discover our app and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
- Through Airbridge, we collect: Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, collected only if you grant permission.
- Through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt : the Android Advertising ID on Android) Your IP address, device model, operating system and version, carrier, language, time zone, and app version.
An Airbridge assigned device identifier Your account identifier and email address, which we provide so events can be linked to your account Records of in app events, including installs, app opens, sign ins and sign ups, story creation, publishing and sharing, and purchases Attribution data identifying which advertisement or link you interacted with before installing the app This information is used solely to attribute app installs to advertising campaigns and to measure and improve our marketing. Airbridge processes this data on our behalf as a service provider. Because AB180, Inc. is based in South Korea, this may involve transferring your data internationally. On iOS, this tracking occurs only if you allow it through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, you can use the Data Deletion Request form in our application or contact us at Hello@devshineteam.com.
