Help! I can't access my subscription!

Questsmith subscriptions and purchases are offered through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Stripe.
Google and Apple subscriptions must be managed through those platforms. Stripe subscriptions can be managed through the Questsmith pricing page.
If you are having app-store-related issues, try these steps:
- In the app, tap your profile picture to open settings.
- Tap the Restore Subscription button.
- After restoration completes, you should no longer see Wanderer below your name.
- If you still see it, sign out of your account and sign back in so the changes can take effect.
