Help! I can't access my subscription

Questsmith subscriptions and purchases are processed directly through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Manage your subscription details directly through your respective Google or Apple account platform settings.
However, if you are having app store related issues, you can try these steps:
- On the app, tap your profile picture to access your settings.
- Tap the Restore Subscription button.
- Once the restoration process is complete, you should no longer see Wanderer below your name.
- If you still see it, sign out of your account and then sign back in to ensure the changes take effect.
