Help! I can't access my subscription

Questsmith subscriptions and purchases are offered through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Stripe.

Google and Apple subscriptions must be managed through those platforms. Stripe subscriptions can be managed through Questsmith Pricing.

However, if you are having app store related issues, you can try these steps:

On the app, tap your profile picture to access your settings.
Tap the Restore Subscription button.
Once the restoration process is complete, you should no longer see Wanderer below your name.
If you still see it, sign out of your account and then sign back in to ensure the changes take effect.
