Can you help me cancel my subscription or get a refund?

Alternatively, if you are already logged in to Questsmith, click or tap on your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen, then go to Settings → Membership. From there, you can change, manage, or cancel your existing plan.

If you are dissatisfied with your current subscription period, email Hello@devshineteam.com and we will do our best to make it right. If you forgot to cancel and stopped using Questsmith, contact us and we can review your account for a refund back to your last active date.

Note that if you subscribed through Apple, you will need to request a refund through Apple, as their policy does not allow us to handle those refunds ourselves.
