How do I report a bug?

Found a glitch in the Matrix? Reporting bugs effectively helps our developers squash them faster and keeps Questsmith running smoothly for everyone.

1. Check the Community First

Before submitting a new report, head to our Discord and check the #bugs-feature-requests channel. Use the search function to see if others are experiencing the same issue.

2. How to Write a High-Quality Bug Report

If your issue is new, please provide the following to help our team reproduce it:

• Reproduce: Try to trigger the bug again in a different story or on a different device.
• Visual Evidence: Take a screenshot or, better yet, a screen recording.
• Technical Details: Mention your browser, operating system, and whether you are using the web version or the native app.

Developer Tip: Once you post on Discord, be sure to tag your report with the relevant labels (for example: #Mobile, #UI, #AI-Generation).
