Feedback & Bugs
Questsmith supports a vast array of operating systems and browsers. To maintain high performance, we use a tiered support model to prioritize development and bug fixes for the configurations used by the majority of our players.
1. Support Tiers
- Tier 1 (Highest Priority): Regularly tested and fully supported. All bugs, including minor visual issues (P3), are prioritized.
- Tier 2 (Mid-Level): We rely on player reports. Major functional bugs (P1 and P2) are prioritized, while some P3s may be deferred.
- Tier 3 (Limited): Best-effort support. Players may encounter more UI issues or performance lag on these configurations.
Performance Tip: For the most responsive experience with our advanced AI models, we recommend using a Tier 1 browser on a device with updated operating software.
